I really enjoyed my stay! The vibe was fantastic with spacious rooms and a nice bathroom. It's perfectly located if you're heading to Torres del Paine, saving a drive to Puerto Natales. The food was delicious and worth the price if you're looking for convenience after a long journey.

cozy ranch-style atmosphere, inviting decor reflecting local culture, proximity to national park entrances
Restaurant experience was disappointing!!! Menus should be available to avoid confusion, and the buffet food was served cold. Clear cost indications for meals could enhance dining satisfaction!!! Fuel prices are excessively high!!!

We loved the cozy ranch-style atmosphere, making us feel at home in such a remote area. The location was perfect, as it provided easy access to the national park, allowing us to explore nature without a long drive. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our family feel welcome.
The restaurant could improve its operating hours to accommodate late arrivals better.

I had an amazing time! The warm, homely vibe inside was such a pleasant surprise compared to the rustic exterior, and the food was absolutely delicious, especially after a long day outdoors. However, the limited dinner options could use a little improvement.

The dining area is unique, with horse saddles for stools, really cool atmosphere! and a buffet every night that was pretty good! The beautiful decor and vibe provided a nice break after a long day of exploring.
It was a bit pricey for what you got, but acceptable.

The location was fantastic! Just a short drive to the park, and we spotted lots of wildlife on our way. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of five teenagers. Breakfast was a nice start to our days.
My wife thinks the dining options need improvement.

The ranch-style property offers an appealing and cozy atmosphere, with clean and spacious rooms that provide a good level of comfort. Breakfast was well-prepared, and the staff were accommodating, especially when providing a hearty early meal before a long hike. However, the location is somewhat isolated, making dining options sparse, and the restaurant's hours could improve to cater to guests arriving later from Argentina.
